This policy applies to the apps published by Nelson Consultants: Level Pitch, Couch Party Puzzles, Couch Party Trivia, and Couch Party Topics.

The short version

We do not collect any data from these apps. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.

Data we collect

The apps do not automatically collect or transmit your app data to us. They run on your device. In Level Pitch, you can choose to export a team using the iOS share sheet, as described below.

Third parties

The apps do not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software.

Your team data in Level Pitch

Team names, player names and numbers, settings, playing time, and game history are stored in the app on your device. You can edit or delete players, delete logged games, and delete teams from within the app. Deleting the app removes its local data. Level Pitch does not provide its own cloud backup or sync. Your device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings. You can keep your own copy using Share Team and Save to Files.

Sharing a team in Level Pitch

Sharing exports the team's roster, settings, game history, and current game to a file. You choose the recipient or service in the iOS share sheet. The file does not pass through our servers. Recipients keep an independent copy, and deleting data in your app does not delete copies you have shared. Services you choose handle the file under their own privacy policies.

Support and external links

If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. Avoid including player details unless needed for your request. Opening our website uses your browser and is subject to the website’s privacy practices. The no-analytics statement above describes the apps, not this website.

Children's privacy

The apps do not collect personal information from anyone, including children. Level Pitch is a tool for coaches. We do not collect player information. Coaches control the information they enter and choose to share.

Purchases

Any purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. See Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles purchases.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices ever change, we will update this page and the date above.
